try: avoid fried, sugar, all-purpose flour and hydrogenated oil
RICE is okay pero in proportion ra
for exercise pwede ka mo start walking lang sah... try that for one month daw
Nagdiet ko 3 weeks na i lost almost 7 kilos in natural way..likay ang rice sa udto ug gabie then fruits ug exercise gyud bahalag way equipment.. ako exercise kada gabie after work sa house ra.. 80 push ups, 90 sit-ups, mountain climber 60, jumping jack 60 , jogging 2 kms.. ikaw na bahala unsa imo ganahan.. my diet sa lunch ug night kay apple, carrots, banana, then green tea, not slimming tea.. from 86 to 79.. ayaw patintal anag lami nga pagkaon kay mao nay makapawala ug gana sa pagdiet.. i have a cheat only saturday lang banat ko kaon bisan unsa..
