Hay nako TS, wa na ka naanad sa CVG. Naa silay policies like training bond and MANDATORY OVERTIME and evidently those are violations of the Labor Code of the Philippines. Their salary is good, yes. But at Convergys, WE ARE NOT TREATED LIKE HUMANS, WE ARE TREATED LIKE ANIMALS.

ai. no comment ko ana. naay silay pros and cons but right now, more cons. desperado na au sila oi. sila raman first sa headhunters and now have resorted to rehiring agents. been with them twice. my 1st time was good, the 2nd was aweful. and now gidelay pa jud ako final pay. murag tinuyuan

bro murag naay mga isolated cases..just follow up lang ur final pay if wala pa until now coz i have friends nga ni resign na within 2 months nakuha gud nila..
