Just a quick question guys, Im a bit confused man gud. Ive been hitting the gym for almost 1 1/2 month na. About 5-6x per week. Nya ako goal ron kai magpa buff jud kanang dako jud b. problem is , paspas akoa metabolism kai medyo ectomorph ko. Been taking whey protein and mutant mass pero I feel like Im not gettig any noticeable results. Matod pas akoa mga kauban ning daot kog samot daw. Question is, how often man jud diay dapat ko mag gym per week pra magpadako? And kung naa pamo ka advice para modako ko , feel free to comment. Thank u.
