    Default Q: about getting buff/padakog lawas


    Just a quick question guys, Im a bit confused man gud. Ive been hitting the gym for almost 1 1/2 month na. About 5-6x per week. Nya ako goal ron kai magpa buff jud kanang dako jud b. problem is , paspas akoa metabolism kai medyo ectomorph ko. Been taking whey protein and mutant mass pero I feel like Im not gettig any noticeable results. Matod pas akoa mga kauban ning daot kog samot daw. Question is, how often man jud diay dapat ko mag gym per week pra magpadako? And kung naa pamo ka advice para modako ko , feel free to comment. Thank u.

    Ayaw pagsalig sa whey og mutant mass nimo, eat your whole foods..i think kuwang ra na imo kaon, as an ectomorph, mag apas jud ka sa kaon ana..

    ako kauban me take ug supplement(from china na tambal) para pampagana ug kaon,, after 1 month lang natambok na..

    i dont know if this applies to you.

    Unsai ka advice ninyo kung pa bulk when it comes to lifting weights. Sa rep and set ration salamat

    Dont expect gains in 6 weeks..5 to 6 times a week is overtraining..less is more..cut your workouts to 3 times a week,concentrate on presses and squats..3 sets 8 to 10 reps..45 mins to one hour workout only...after workout go home,eat...sleep..do this and you will grow..

    simple ra man na boss oyzt Alsa ug bug,at , kaon ug daghan, tug ug sakto, mao ra..yaw pag huna2 anang unsa2 i form, alsa lag 3x a week, den limit cardio, alsa na ka 6 ang rep, kung more dan 10 aw gaan ra na,

    Pareho ta pero 3 times a week ra ko ma gym follow the 10-8-6-15 program. 4sets wth each rep scheme. Rest 3 mnts between sets.
