ang USB dongle mam e connect pa sa pc para ma on siya aron maka net ka. ang pocket wifi naay built in battery i on lang nimo pede na maka connect imo phone or any wireless devices.

i think there is no difference iin terms of speed and reliability between this devices.

You need to connect the USB dongle to the PC to have internet. Pocket Wifi doesn't need to be plugged. You need a sim card.
