the only tip that I can give is be HONEST. disclose everything because one way or the other, they will find out about it.
I wouldn't know what questions the interviewer will ask since they base it on what you put on your resume, but they are very thorough.

Pwede kaayo. Depends sa imong experience, normally 2-3k more than your current basic if working for a BPO.
