    Lahi ni sa land title Boss?

    Try og ask sa Registry of Deeds Boss.

    Note lang... naa pa'y mga towns nga dili pa jud pwede mag-process og land titles (like most parts of Consolacion). So tax dec pa until karon.

    Depende sa klase sa tile ug iyaha size.
    kung dagko na granite 60cm, kinahanglan ka ug 140pcs dala sa allowance.. naa may tag P180 per pc ana.
    palit pud ka tile adhesive mga 10 sacks cguro tag P220 man ug mga 4 bags grouting tag P90

    More like Its more costly to renovate than to build a new one..
    Thats why you should avoid modifying a house or putting some new provision. This is so rampant among Filipinos to just build an extension or modify if not add new provision.
