SEA Games in Bacolod City

i went to observe the preparation of the games.
this is what i gathered:

the event locations are not ready ... some are still under construction .... na unsa ka nga november na ang games? ga piko ga pala pa. paglaum stadium is busted and flowered with squatters. panaad stadium is shocked because they were not informed that i was going to be used.

all the streets are covered with tarpulines displaying the faces their congressman and mayor. one jeepney driver claims "nakaka puke!"

the pre games inspecting officials were not duly welcomed because of non coordination of the delegation receiving people

i hope they shape up before november ....

There's a booth in Ayala distributing some flyers for some of the games. I thought it mentioned Mandaue?
