w800i is much better "in therms of performance and functions per net worth of value"
it has a 512mb MSduo pro, and so much better headphones than the k750i... for only a 5k diff in price
and flightmode too.

fern, if the value in upgradeing the k750i to w800i firmware and the cost of the headset of the w800i + 512MB mem stick will not exceed 5k then I'd go for the k750i. like the looks better.

the white casing of the w800i has the probability to turn yellowish in the long run man gud.
