i know how to do eskrima.

    sayun raman.

    my style is DeCampo J'D'cio

I combine it with steps of ballroom and disco dancing.
My neighbor is an eskrimador. and he loves the bee gees.

really that's nice.i know how flexible Kali is. we practice under different tunes but we never combine the footwork with dancing its just not stable at all.we only have one footwork.and that is kambyo.old escrimadors practice it using three "bagol" forming a traingle.i just cant see them doing kambyo and combine ballroom dancing steps.

    uy!

wa ka ka gets? i was pulling your leg! we don't combine it with disco and ballroom

although i know that martial arts is a combination of dance and grace and beauty as well

pauwiks, all kidding aside; have you heard of a man named Eric Olavides?

actually, mas "sayun" kai usually simplified man gud na ang eskrima.... i don't find eskrima as commercial as tawekwando, aikido, jujutsu, chapsoy, kinilaw, you name it...

BUT i've observed that most eskrimadors would advice students to keep it as simple as "this move" and do "that move" which in turn is simple...

that's whats so cool about it...

in fact there's this other form of eskrima.............. kang Mr. Maranga (yes, anak ni Timoteo) that only requires 2-4 steps you need to club somebody attacking you..

well, to me that doesn't really matter all that much either. cuz for me, pang exercise ra man nang eskrima.

    mangita ba diay ta'g away?
