    ive read so many topics about qualfon sa gawas way back 3 or 4 years ago... bati jud daw.... so mao ra pod d i ghapon dri sa pinas?

    nakasud ko sa qualfon adto lang dec 2007. wla rako naabti 15 days (signin bonus). wala klaro.
    laliman mo nga nadawat ko dayon nga maglisud man gani ta ininglis... bulol man gani ko bisan bisaya pa... samut na ininglis. heheh

    bitaw... reason ngano nihawa ko kay tungod sa training. gisabak dayon among batch sa actual calls.. WALA jud mi kaagi mock calls. ahak. wala ra kaabot 1 week ang training gipa lingkod na dayon mi sa cubicles. atuts. bantug ra kay paspas kaayo ang gipangtudlo. ahak jud. dili baya rason unta nga nagkulang sila tao... mao nga gipasabak dayon ang mga bag-uhay pa.
    naka 2 days recieve calls ko... dali ra baya unta... as in... murag 99% basa script.
    wala man jud ko nag-apas sa sweldo... kargador ragud ko sauna nya nakasulod sa qualfon.

    pero naa ko amigo (nihawa nasad kay ni-skwela balik) a batch older, nga satisfied siya.. kay niabot daw ang time nga 3 months siya dawat salary nga walay trabaho. i mean igo ra siya hulat calls pero wala jud siya maka recieve even a call from a kid. heehehe... ambot ngano to. basta siya nalang laayon nga walay tawag.

    ang nakabati kay daliun nila ang training. i-assume nila nga makasabot dayon ang trainees... naa say trainor didto nga bayot nga sussss... nindot kaayo lubaon. murag kinsa. kanang pangalan nga AHEMMM... hilas kaayo. heheheheh

    bitaw... mao rani ako ikadalit ninyong tanan. ako ra ni ha... basta naay ubang tao satisfied... naa sad uban tao dili satisfied. mao ra na. satisfied unta ko kung maayo lang tong ilang pag train sa amoa. satisfied raman ko sa sweldo bisan gamay ra.

    ang OT kay charity work, wala daw pay...
    late pa jd daw ang sweldo...
    ang mga taw sd daw kay iyahay lang ug patas-anay...
    competition daw aU ang mga employees diha...
    unlike sa uban centers na nice ug staff then friendly pa jd daw ang mga taw...

    if ever u wanna apply for contact centers, better think of incu's suggestion...
    SYKES, ETEL, PS or CVG...
    nice pa ang mga taw, well compensated pa jud ka...

    pwera gaba sa tinuod lang.
    pati mga HR recruitment, asta murag si kinsa.
    wala ko nila gidawat tungud sa dreads (napay laing issues re dress policy)
    pro i can say mas kamao pako mag ininglis adtung recruitment nila.

    I definitely agree with angel_devil regarding the OT Policy in Qualfon wherein they are obliged to rendered OT on QA talks and team huddles yet they are not paid for that. There was one time that my hubby attended a team huddle for almost 3 hours, OT TY ang show!!! Luoy pa gyud cya kay change sked sila ato na day then he barely had 2 hrs of sleep just to catch up on his sched.

    Isa pa sa akong dli ganahan sa Qualfon is ang ilang night diff or hazzard pay kay lagi graveyard shift pero 2 days ra daw out of 5 days nimo nga tinarbaho... so am left with this fishy thought that maybe their payroll & admin are doing hocus pocus sa remaining 3 days of nyt diff premium nga wala nahatag sa agent.. pwede na nilang ibulsa and 10% ra pa gyud ang nyt diff nila!!! unlike sa etel full nyt diff ang ibayad tapos 30% pa gyud sa imong basic ang nyt diff.. so dako gyud cya matabang nimo!

    KORAK!!! Hilason mostly ang mga supervisors diha sa Qualfon. Trabaho man unta na nila ang mo take ug supervisor calls kaso mura'g mahadlok man hinuon sila ug sup calls!!! Pasagdan lang nila ilang agents until mo hang up ang customers! Faets..

    Ang spiel sa akong hubby if naa supcall kay ing.ani ay: "Sir/Ma'am, am sorry but i cannot put my supervisor on the line its bec he is an ANIMAL. You know ANIMALS sir don't know how to talk."
