Hours
Call centers hours of operations usually depend on the account they are with. For US accounts, expect that office hours would be the complete opposite of PH time as the US timezone have a 12 hour difference from ours. Usually some US accounts would have 24hour service so you may have morning shifts.. Or those that open until like 2AM in the US may also have morning shifts.. For those centers servicing AUS and UK clients, they may have the morning shifts as these countries have very little time difference from ours.

Part time
Most centers ask for full time workers. I have read stream, qualfon offer part time on season (but I'm not completely sure as I havent really asked personally.. ive only read here in istorya). I'm sure Vector offers part time because it says so on their very big banner in their building across capitol
