HR are the most important part sa company kay ang mga major nga reklamo sa employee/agents
naha dila nila ug base sa story nimo sis nga gabii ang duty.. gabii? faet.

Hope ma-resolved ning in-ani sa mga HR not only Teletech kundi sa ubang pang HR
specially sa mga call center industry. they need to know their part dili lang accept k-accept
ug sweldo sa company. faet

pero sa ako nahibaw-an, sila raman sad ang mag work ug gabii.. well except for the recruiting tingali na gabii jud.. or maybe shifting kay naa pud morning..

i believe they have web portal for survey na puede ka mka comment sa ila service.
