ma o ba. ako friend kai nag sugod pa did2 sa ila training. 3 weeks or 18 days excluding sat & sun.

- bai can you elaborate more on...underpaid agents and greedy owner?

ako 5 mos ko nagwork didto.. i dont know ha unsa na ila account rn pero when i was still there, ila accounts was purely outbound. enjoy mn and work didto. i was on sales and i would say, close ang mga people kay dungan mn mo mag break (by the way libre meal didto). you can feel na family mo kay magtinabangan ang mag people. imagine, if ang imo friend wa sales, pwede ra ni nmo ihatag ang sales nmo sa iya.. aha mn ka makakita og callcenter na ing ana? pro i would say their mgmt sucks. sometimes makaingon ka dili sila makatao. pro under new mgmt nmn daw cla ron so basic ok na..

yes outbound lang gihapon ako friend did2 karon. pero ang b4 niya nga batch nag start 15 people karon kai 5 na lang.Atleast 1 sale a wk if not na a warning then after 2 wks na 0 sales batsi na dayon.

i used to work here kadtung bago pa sila..outbound man jud ni xa.. i left the compani para magskwela..dunno nsa na nahitabo na bati na man daw ni..ang ila office kai kanang babaw sa 868 sa mango karon.. ive heard gani na naa daw sila chat support na porn...hehe dunno if tinuud!!

lol...ka kuyaw sad ana nga chat support. na a sila chat support pero gamay lang daw ang basic.

good day istoryians.... nag search ko about ani na company since akong mga friends nka pass daw sila sa interview and exams then now dritso daw silag training for 15days ang naka bati ky if dli sila ka pasar sa training wala silay allowance i think 5thousand daw not sure.... then 5,000 a month ang salary ++ incentives and commission..... just wanted to share my idea guys... correct me if im wrong!!

add lang nako 15 days training if you can't make wala ka madawat. then 300/day so P4,500 sa training.
basta ang basic ani nila kai almost 8t lang. wala incentives and commission madawat bisan sa outbound "sales"
