Driving with a bad alternator can cause you trouble on the road. An alternator charges the vehicle's battery, having an bad alternator can cause the battery to drain faster. But the vehicle can still be driven for a short distance or in a short period. However, I think the best solution is to bring you car to your trusted car shop to have your alternator diagnosed for possible repair. Hope this helps!

bag.o lang ko nag ilis ug alternator....bu.ak ang aluminum casing. ma.ayu gani nakitan naku pag ilis naku sa "serpentine" belt. kaning econoline dili nimo makitan ang alternator unless imo tang2X and air filter assembly. Gu.ot kayu and 'engine compartment' na gabhi.an gud ko ug ayo!!! naka palit pa ko ug bagong alternator. Plano naku ilis ra ug carbon brush ug 'serpentine' belt kai 160km naman...ni dako man ang trabaho hino.on, ahak ning Ford
