sis.. can u expound on ncc? cuz i was called by cvg recruitment specialist then she i asked if i had call center experience nya nka ingon jud ko ug yes.. hahai. she asked me to present my documents and contract etc.. ang ncc bah, when xa mag base? lyk from the time ka na-hire sa previous company or sa time na ni-stop ka?
ui kabz, ask langko coz i'm about to transfer to cvg from etel, comcast mangud dayon akong account. what can you tell me about the account? pros and cons niya? chat support man daw ko.. coz everybody's been teeling me not to pursue my resigantion coz bati lagi daw ang cvg, super strict daw then di na daw nako mabuhat the things i used to do at etel.. chat support ka? how much is the pay? naa mo bonus like etel? kapoy ang work if chat support or ok lang? what's sad about this is mapareha unya ko adtong poster diri nga wala jud siya natagaan ug starting date sa cvg, until ni give up nalang siya.. coz me, i had my soft job offer, aug 5 pa, then i submitted my reqs last aug 21, until now, la gihapon ko JO coz la pa daw ko starting date.. ana jud ng cvg? i'm scared lang if mapadung sa wala akong pag.apply, ni resign na raba jud ko sa etel..
pwede ko ninyo advisan? those from cvg so that i'll be able to know what to do straight from those who are working at cvg..

i was with cvg for almost 3 years, handling sprint pcs-- ang pnaka bongga nga acct pro pnakahasul pud hahaha but i sure did enjoy my stay!

Been with Sprint Account for 13 months now (along with Shardraco! hehehe). I'm planning to do lat-transfer to either Microsoft/Time Warner accounts. Any suggestions and insights before i'll resign for good and look for another job/callcenter for good.
i was really looking for a tech account when i got the JO (HR in i2 knows this).
