this should not be confidential... i hope this would create competition for the employers to give better salary offer. in fact sa abroad gani... before mag pa interview mangutana jud ang applicant if pila ang starting salary, this is also to avoid wasting time for the applicant and interviewer.
kalooy pud intawn nato mga pinoy... 12K as starting! less tax, SSS, etc... saunz nalang! actually with the present economic situation dapat ang Pinoy dunay 22K-24K net minimum income in order to have an average standard of living and sustain the daily needs, this is only for unmarried people, samot na kung pamilyado ang tao. below than that income na a jud ka sa poverty line.
suma kinsa man to na ay net income ngari let's say 18K-20K na a paba mo ma save sa inyung salary? unless siguro ang lifestyle mura nalang pud ug zombie (work house work house)
