I dont think No-No ni nga thread kay makatabang ni daku sa mga applicants, kay para makabalo sad mu gi unsa mu pag sweldo sa inyu company, wa ta kabalo nag mata ra diay mu ug morning, inyu diay company below standard ra diay an sweldo... ang kana confidentiality para ra na sa mga companya para di mahibaloan if pila ila gi sweldo, i dont think maka benefit ang employee ana confidentiality thing..

rice and meal allowance = 1K++
hazard pay = depende asa ka, mas layo mas dako, swerte ang naa sa Consolacion (150 ilang additional kada adlaw)
Night defferential = naa, pero di ko kasabot mag calculate. hehe
OT, OT holiday = 30%, 100% and 200% depende sa holiday
20VLs/year = if dili magamit, converted to cash ang 10, ang remaining kay i add sa nxt year (anual - january)
20SLs/year = converted to cash if dili magamit (biannual - july and january)
health bonus = 1k if no lates/absence or undertime
incentives = dako if maayo imong stats (can go as high as 15k/month)

apply na mo, irefer ta mo para naa ko referal incentive (1K inig hire, additional 1K if ma regular)

confidential? dili, ang confidential na inyong gipasabot kay kanang naa na sa inyong payslip. pero for general info lang about the company's compensations pwede ra na ipasigdaya. hehe

this should not be confidential... i hope this would create competition for the employers to give better salary offer. in fact sa abroad gani... before mag pa interview mangutana jud ang applicant if pila ang starting salary, this is also to avoid wasting time for the applicant and interviewer.

kalooy pud intawn nato mga pinoy... 12K as starting! less tax, SSS, etc... saunz nalang! actually with the present economic situation dapat ang Pinoy dunay 22K-24K net minimum income in order to have an average standard of living and sustain the daily needs, this is only for unmarried people, samot na kung pamilyado ang tao. below than that income na a jud ka sa poverty line.

suma kinsa man to na ay net income ngari let's say 18K-20K na a paba mo ma save sa inyung salary? unless siguro ang lifestyle mura nalang pud ug zombie (work house work house)

if you pass by a big house or mansion.. ask anybody inside if kinsa ang ilang relatives e.g. aunt..parents or children ang niabroad.. ma surprise ka.. mostly 2 or 3 tua jud sa gawas..

if naa ra ka dire sa pinas.. Ayaw nalang pagsalig nga maka balay kag mansion..
