i worked in sprint for almost 9 months.. okey kaayo diri dako ug sweldo.. maka kwrta jud ka basta dili lang cge vgh pero if dili ka handle ug stress ayaw nalang pag tuga2x ky mamatay ra ka ug sayo diri.. ma heart attack ka sa mga customers.. pero i had a great stay sa cvg.. really enjoyed my team..

stress gamay pod ni nga account, few years back when sprint-nextel adapted a new billing system, thats when problems arised.. old accounts transferred, some have been activated as new, etc etc.. additional stress ang mag.apas sa stats ang mga agents worldwide, end result daghan ug sayop2x, billing and finance, retentions, even simple activations, misinformations, etc.. One time, I even had to ask for a manager of sprint-nextel sales team in India kay sa amo daw department di kasaligan, etc.. to think we represent the same company.. All in all, its a challenge and its a good one.. hehe,
