How about individual sellers of gray units? I mean those units that have been imported from outside the Philippines thus ending up cheaper although the catch is there's no local Canon or Nikon warranty.

So far cheapest ang sa PIXEL PRO especially if member ka atong photography forum nga gi moderate sa owner sa pixel pro. (Muhatag sila ug discount, fill out lang ka ug form and write your email address and username).

I bought my Canon 50mm f/1.8 II two months ago there for only P4,000.

In other shops in Cebu, baligya is 4,600.. Naay usa ka shop dinhi sa Cebu nga "nag sale" daw pero mahal gihapon sila kay ilang baligya sa 50mm kay around P4,300 man cguro tu.
