ang akong friend 8 thou ra iya nadawat tanan2 sa usa ka month.. and 6 months na gud daw cya.. wala lage daw klaro ang performance bonus pwerteng gamaya.. mao na manghawa nalang daw ang mga agents sa qualfon mubalhin nalang ug lain!! wa daw ayo dd2.. so sa kato gusto mu apply sa qualfon better thnk twice...

not all are negative like what you said. i've got friends pud from qualfon, and nahimutang man lageh sila... mga 1st gen from 2006 if i'm still correct...

i heard mag mass resignation daw mga agents dd2 inig january huwatun ra daw nila ang 13 month pay tapos by january mubalhin daw cla sa ICT kana btaw dnha sa ayala na new call center iabli dis nov.. kay mostly daw agents from qualfon girecruit na daw daan ibalhin dd2..haha paets wala nay muapply sa qualfon either mga agents dd2 mag AWOL or mu resign na padung..

according to my source. nindot pud kuno if mo resign sila kay most of these agents have issues.

hope mka learn og lesson ang qualfon if mass resignation or else ma closed down sila walay mo trabaho didto

Lol... FYI lang... as they said, CICC Bldg man daw cla nag held sa Xmas party nila... and i can say... its cool enough for a starting call center company.

i hope they give more jobs. specially to the ones in need.

grabe sad ning QUALFON OISt...akong gf kay pioneering(may 15, 2006 if not mistaken)hangtod karon 500 rajud ang increase...unsa ni nga clase nga company....BIR regulation is 10% increase every year...then ngano mani nga company wla man mo follow......hahay,,,kung dili pa crisis lami kaayo paundangon oist akng GF oist...
