Fresh grads ending in call centers ? thats great! naman gani uban na dugay na ni graduate di jud madawat sa call center.. usually ang mo critic jud sa call centers kay kadtong wala pa kasulay or wala jud nadawat sa cgeg pangaply

    i once part of the call center industry after graduating with a degree of CompSci... but for 8 months of work... i declared "21 Guns" to myself... I Lay down my Arms and Give up The Fight....

    Ang ako lang ma advice sa mga Call Center agents... There is life outside the profession. True, immediate nga dako ug sweldo compared sa uban nga magsugod ka sa ubos. That's why some agents, dili nalang mo resign kay they are staying na with the profession for many of years, then maglisod na sila ug U-turn.

    there's nothing wrong sticking to the job they have right now as CC agent... why practice the profession they studied in college if it couldn't give them the good life?

    maski asa ta mo trabaho.. ang ato gi esweklahan na gamit man gihapon
    kasagaran agents karon mga batan on pa kai dili pa baya na dugay ang callcenter (agent position) industry... ang kasagaran mga dagko na ug edad mag lisod na baya ug adjust ug new environment.

    ni agi ko ug onsite/hands on nga tech support sir pero ang mga dugay na sa trabaho mag lisod ug abot 20k/month (limpyo na.. after deductions) ... kasagaran agents mo abot ingon ana nga range maski walai OT
    daghan mga IT support/engineer nga below manager/supervisor.. mag lisod ug net(after deductions) ug 20k/month

    kung ma dawat pud daghan dili mag dugay kai dili ma kaya ang trabaho
    daghan ma dawat pero dili tanan mo survive
