What will happen if citom wont allow "Left Turns"

for me, mahapsay gyud ang traffic, ive notice diri sa Waterfront - IT Park nga intersection, sauna, mingaw kaayo, karon tanan gyud LEFT TURN, wala pa gyuy traffic light.

Why cant Citom put a sign nga NO LEFT TURN? Kinsa man ni nga responsibilidad, sa Citom, or sa Mayor?

Kung mu reklamo ang mga drivers nga "Layu na kaayo, maong mu left turn nalang mi", nya sige, kamong tanan left turn, para stuck up mo diha.

Bahala ug layu ug ruote basta hapsay, i think its the same if your stuck up in a traffic because of too much left turns, and following a smooth route but long, with no traffic.

Bitaw naka notice ko, naa naman mag traffic2x dha nga taga barangay lahug. Mas maayo jud butangan no left turn dhang dapita.

but anyway, if we prohibit left turns, meaning the government should put up more streets if that is the case...

that would be a burden to the government and also to the commuting public
