There are escalating reports on Snatching (Bags, Cellphones, Wallets) and Hold Up (Just like the current Incident at La Nueva)Motorcycle Users Must Not Have Back Riders. If caught, they will be apprehended and investigated, if found to be clean, motorcycle owners will be fined Php 1,000. This is one measure that the Cities of Cebu must adopt to avoid/ curtail such incidents in the Cities of Cebu.

There are rumors pre that the city of cebu might imitate Mayor Lim's rule. Its unfair for the motorcycle riding public but politicians are considering it.

Don't follow the logic, dili na guarantee that these criminal incidents will not happen, maka kawat gihapon sila ug kotse, mao'y gamiton getaway vehicle.

I'd rather they be stricter with the current laws, e.g. one passenger only with helmet. Hapit mo sa Talamban, puro wala'y helmet mga pasejero, bisan ang driver mismo, wala. Pataka'g U turn, mo insert IN FRONT of your car bisan'g apike, mo standby sa corner going to Pit-os causing traffic.

... mao gyud. Many married couples have bought motorcycles coz it's cheap, especially those who work long distance and now they want to take out their previlege. If the authorities only excuse is to curve-down theft and crime in general then they themselves should step up and make more on their efforts not take away people's convenience.

Here we go again. Pareho ra gyud ni sa solution nga "remove the skywalks roofs because of the settling vagrants and mendicants". When will we ever learn to give sane, sensible, practical and safe solutions? Maski unsa ra gyud ang mahuna hunaan.

No back riders? Think about it. Motorcycles are among the primary means of transportation for the middle class people. Daghan kaayo apektado ani once this will be implemented. Huna hunaa kung pila kabuok ang malate every morning sa trabaho ug sa eskwela? How inconvenient would it be for most people?

Di ta magpataka ug hatag ug solusyon. Huna hunaa sa before molihok. For an analogy, kung bulok ang usa nga kamatis sa basket, ilabay ba nato ang tibuok basket apil ang uban kamatis?

Unya sa sunod kung ang mga tulisan auto na pud ang sakyan, suggest na pud ta nga di na pwede pasakyan ang auto except sa driver?

Do you have any idea how many lives were saved because of helmets? Helmets' primary purpose is protection. Bahala'g mangapangos na ang lawas basta ang ulo safety. Remember, we protect our head because it's so fragile.
