as ive already said, any form of mechanism will do if not necessarily a party list basta magakahiusa ang BPO sector employees para kung naa man gani sentiments/abuses then naay madaganan na support-system unya this will be collectively brought to the pertinent governement agencies.

di tanan tao na gi-abuso kay naay courage musolti or mu-fight sa ilang katungod especially kung feeling nila nga sila ra, way musuporta nila.

Dili sila maningog because the net benefit is still positive. Who are you to tell them what they want? Do you think that you or the government can make better decisions than the BPO employees themselves? We don't need the government to make decisions for us. My life is mine alone.

rights? aw, maau man ka mangistorya.. i would like to presume nga nakabasa na ka sa Labor Code. u dont have to ask me to enumerate them? i have already enumerated some in my prev replies..back read..then read your Labor Code yourself..

Mao jud. BPO's often times have the most and pressured job in the PH industry. however, sometimes our rights aren't protected that well. It shouldn't be the case. We've helped the community so well, so we should be treated fairly too.
