    Calcium+Magnesium sa healthy options akong giinom bai. one tablet a day ra.
    Check this video, para naa kai idea about palpitations, anxiety and panic attacks.

    But its up to you bai. have it checked sa if unsa gani imong gipamati.

    akong buhaton kai idescribed nako akong gibati unya cge ug

    Interesting. Suwayan nya na nako right after Rivotril. Gi wean man ko this week 1/4 tab next week 1/8 nlang after that stop na.

    Healthy Options nga shop. naa sa SM or Ayala.
    Ask for the healthy options brand for Calcium + Magnesium.

    Salamat @masie0119! Gikan pako sa akong psychiatrist today. I'm cleared na but ganahan ko mag calcium and magnesium kay di ko gusto mag depend sa Rivotril jud in cases nga naay panic attack.
