Walai ni usa ka doctor nga akong na-visit nga naka tambag about magnesium. too bad.

Salamat @masie0119! Gikan pako sa akong psychiatrist today. I'm cleared na but ganahan ko mag calcium and magnesium kay di ko gusto mag depend sa Rivotril jud in cases nga naay panic attack.
