    It's easy to lose weight when you decrease your carbohydrates intake.... A big chunk of it is eating rice, since it is our staple food.

    Proven it already, 3 months ko minimize walay kaon2x ug rice. Akong cheat day kay every sunday ra. Rice ra jud ako ge diet. Wala ko nag limit ug sud-an, especially meat. Instead of rice, I ate oatmeal.

    After 3 months, from 73kg naka abot ko ug 64 kg.

    Of course aside from diet, I have took yawyan training and jogging2x 3-5k twice a week.

    ^^^ i agree..less carb intake gyud dapat.. there was a time nagless rice gyud ko and more on vegetables plus exercise/workout, na achieve gud nako akong desired weight...diet is not enough,samahan dapat ng workout..

    Now, that reminds me need na ko magworkout/ jog balik

    First of all, you start needing more food.- your appetite increases as you do your cravings because your body needs more nutrients. You also start to crave fats and sugars because they are the easiest substances for your body to absorb. You become more fatigued when your body is not getting proper nutrition. When your villi are not healthy, your body thinks it is starving and it stores instead of burning your fats. You may be saying “well I eat really healthy and love low fat foods and I take vitamins” some of you may be working out of the gym. Even though you may be doing these things you can still be experiencing the symptoms that were described above. Then underlying problem is most likely absorption. No matter how much good food and vitamins you take in, if your body is not absorbing them then it is a total waste.

    Weight Control from the Inside Out

    To get your weight off and keep it off, you need to feed your body on a cellular level. Your body can repair and rebuild the villi to the healthy state it was when you were younger.

    Clean the Villi, absorb the nutrients and regenerate healthier cells. Your body heals, you lose weight, look young and feel great!

    TS, My problem is the opposite way , My height is 5'11" but my weight is only 72kg. I want to reach 75Kg. but its really difficult ..

    lisod if magkaidad kay mo slow na ang metabolism, kulang ug diseplina pud. useless pud kaayo magsege og exercise then walay control sa kaon.

    Lack of motivation. Gamay ra kaona nya excercise. Implement pd og cheat day para dli mag lisod imong lawas pa gamay.
