:!: Site is neat but the product photos need color and contrast enhancements. They look dull and old. Get a professional photographer if you can afford one.

:!: The zoom pop-up window needs to be either resized on the fly by javascript or by simple means. They're too small and ordinary users don't know how to resize windows.

: The News section does not sound news to me. More like company profile.

Anyway, it's a good start. Keep improving it.

pictures Looks flat,

it lacks the "dynamic Effect" more color or more blending color perhaps?, the old shadow effect?.. etc

whats the customer target? old ppl or young ppl?.. (young ppl likes neat/HIP/friendly colors...) while old pple likes to be young ppl

the customers should be attracked to shop/look around/ read contents.. so basically you need Nice pictures w/ colors that are not to tiring to the eyes and stuff like that..

the site is neat over all. but i think it lacks appeal

are you the designer or are you the owner?

The top nav (green, purple on hover) doesn't look good, doesn't mesh with the site.
The masthead / header image needs a less blurry picture of those pearls.
The design / layout isn't very cohesive. And i agree, colors aren't very appealing (both for images and site colors).
That 'season special' banner on the left looks out of place as well.

Hehe, you're trying to avoid spam with the [at] and [dot] strings in place. I suggest you brew up javascript that replaces that once the page loads, that way those pesky spider-spambots won't catch it and the visitors wouldn't see the [at] strings (unless they have JS turned off).

Hope to see an improved / non-rushed version soon.

let me rephrase that...

"too dry..." nav colors doesnt go well with pink. download some neat fonts. bevel on kipearl.com at the header image is too embosed. drop shadows are ok as long as its not too far from the object. u might wanna enhance the images too... its too bare.

nevertheless it's a neat website.

yha too much content.... hehehhehhee... and banner dako ra... you can load that big but pwede sad na nimo e slice using ... image ready...
para faster pag load your footer not so nice..
but whole page is clean .. dili sakit sa mata...
