Mayor Osmena is on Leave for his treatment in the US for Prostate Cancer.
Is he gonna make it or not?
While he is out of the country, the vice mayor is taking his place.
We've heard stories that Mayor Osmena is still running the city thru text messages
commanding his people what to do. He is doing the job of a mayor ? does he know
what the job of the mayor is? Would Cebu improve in his stewardship?
As acting Mayor what should Rama do?
Is Mayor Osmena still actually running the city ?
Is Rama just a puppet of Osmena?

Yes he is. Bisag layu si Tummy boy but he is still calling the shots. Rama is afraid to become like Alvin Garcia who did not toe to the line of the mayor's commands. Just my opinion.

Mahibal-an natu ni ug puppet ba gyud ni si Mike ni Tummy boy in the following days to come. Mag-away na gani ang duha kana, way duha-duha Mike is no puppet.
But mingaw gani and Mike will just continue his merry usual way, sigurado nga puppet daku ning Tummy boy.
