Raptor's Tiny little flactuations in 12V

sirs, bought this hec raptor few days ago, and ang iyang 12v kay mag flactuate from 12.300 and 12.360 pirmi, (like every 5seconds). is it normal?

master simoko and sirs, sorry if i had to asked this question again, it was already well-explained by sir poldopunk, but na confuse lang ko if --> normal ba nga every 5 seconds (sometimes) mag flactuate sya 12.360 - 12.300 back and forth, i mean sometimes it is "very frequent" man gud,

all psu's naa gyud nai certain tolerances sa ilang output. what's considered normal is +/- 5% of its rated output.

^ that's a good question of which i don't have an answer . then again, the question is directed towards simoko but tagsa ra mo fluctuate from 12.29 to 12.22. kung di nimo tutokan, di ka kabantay. my PSU is the ST50F, btw.

hehehe, you should've decided on a PSU na bisan pingoyan pa inig palit, nindot jud ug output para di ka magduha-duha. paresan pa ug nindot nga after-market support.
