Default GUN BAN (Why Not Forever?)

Nganung sa Election ra ang Gun Ban? Nganung dili man magcheckpoint kung wala magsingabot ang election. Kung Gusto gyud ug Malinawon nga Katilingban, nganung huwat pag Election una mag GunBan?

Gun control (which includes ban on guns) is not crime control.

What are you talking about gun ban forever? You want to trust the safety of your family to our government? After the hostage taking fiasco, everyone should have a high powered armalite so if any crazy police try to come in and cause trouble you can spray them with bullets and send them to hell.

Bitaw sa. Maypa forever nalang. It may not totally stop crime but it can prevent a lot of deaths. Like when two people are fighting, if one or both of them have a gun, then they could possibly kill each other more easily, than if wala silay dala na gun then ang worst case ra is magsinumbagay ra or something like that. I mean, lesser ra ang harm than if they shot each other kay naa jud mamatay.

So what if one of them reaches for a knife and stabs them. And you need to address the reality that so many of the criminals are in the police force itself. How will you defend your family then? You can't blame all gun owners for the crimes of the few. Most properly licensed gun owners never get involved in fatal shootouts. It's strictly self-defense. And in a messed up country like ours it's important that citizens have the means to protect their homes from their own incompetent government.

If those Hong Thai tourists all had guns it would have ended very differently. Too bad, they had to rely on our stupid inutile government.

    agree...

there is what we call deterrence strategy...

    example..

nobody with a sane mind wants to mess with china,america,russia.. theyve got nukes... and the only thing that prevents them from using their nukes is that they know others have nukes too...
afghanistan and iraq mess with US, look at them now... hehehe

same as with gun-owners.. you dont mess with anybody with a gun.. and also, if you have a gun, you also dont mess with others whom you know is capable of shooting back..
