Truthfully no. sa field man gud sa programming there is no difference between a 30 year old programmer sa 20 year old nga programmer, aside from practical experience that is. Most company would prefer younger programmers. mas dali man gud ilaron. hahahahaha

Hehehe.. mao bah..? Actually I'm computer science graduate almost 9 yrs ago na panahon pa to sa cobol ug turbo c pero wala nko ma practice co'z I've been working in a non-IT related jobs that's why na biyaan jud nko ang programming. Plano unta ko mo balik sa programming in today's world & tech pero i have doubts coz feeling nko its already too late.

Mao jud na lisod sa programming nga field. kinahanglan up to date ka pirmi. if mabiyaan ka for a long while lisod i apas labi na if wala kaayo kay solid programming experience.

Daghan ka ug isulat sa imong resume pero dili na buot pasabot nga mao na nga language ang gipangita sa mga companies diba? the only experience nga imong madala is ang mga ideas nga imong na accumulate. ang ideas makuha ra na when you are active on the programming field.

its not too late bro, kong mao jud na imong passion then by all means follow it... as for the work part.. maybe start lang sa ka og freelance2x before ka mo introduce balik sa workforce para maka build-up ka og "experience/portfolio"... of course you also need to put into consideration that you will be starting again at zero.. good luck.
