It depends how your body react to this anti oxidant. I have customers that testify that it is effective in skin whitening. But its quite expensive. You can try claire blanche advance formula I got positive feedbacks from this brand

capsule man japon ang claire blanche advance formula... nag range from 1,700 up ang bottle (60 capsules)

yap! very effective. first glutathione used but very pricey, not practical. first met caps was 500 mg now they reduced it to 250 mg then u need to take 3-4 capsules per day and each cap is around 41 php not so sure. i was i think 4-5 shades lighter after a year taking met but now iv switched kay its not that effective na..... maybe they changed the formulation of the capsules , i guess...

very good for health reasons also. I have asthma and thank God the last asthma attack was a year ago.... for whitening purposes 3-4 caps pero for health reasons 1 is enough but if ur a smoker u need to triple the dose.

Yup i agree met is just too expensive i bought Claire blanche too from ebay from kikaystore and i've been using it for 4 months already and talagang gumanda ang skin ko nawala pimples ko and super kinis ko na nagulat mga friends ko what daw iniinom ko, met ksi ang mahal 250mg lang, better buy something with great value for your money Ako masaya na ako so i'll stick with the brand i'm using Claire Blanche advance.
