You don't need specific hosting ... any type of hosting with PHP and MySQL will work with SMF.

Cebu Forums is a new service dedicated to cebuanos who wants to have their own forum website but does not own a domain or host. We will host all your files including your mysql database. All you need to do is administer your forum.

This service is still new so applications must be sent through email until we can create an online registration interface.

This will basically allow all sorts of Open Source Forums depending on your request. PHPBB, SMF and etc...

we'll be preparing soon. but im not sure though as to when we can fully launch this service since this is not our main priority for now.
