PHP warning on top of page

Has anyone noticed the warning on top of the page when you click on the notifications link? See pic below.

mozilla, pero mo appear man siya bisag unsa nga browser ako gigamit.

I'm not sure, pero siguro tungod sad na sa intermittent connection ako naman na gi report sa pikas thread,

Kay ni like si boss @slabs17 nakakita noon ko sa warning nga gi ingon ni TS.. ahahah

Sa mga likes ra man pud mo appear sa akoa ubang notification wala ra man.

posible mismo sa istorya mismo ang problema, murag sa vBulletin protection script (not sure) kay sa other forum naa man sad sila ila protection didto pero dili parehas ani
