Maka Open ba ang akong cousin og bank account here in Cebu, even if she is not here?..... Filipino siya but she is staying outside of the country at present............

If savings/atm acct - possibly if d branch manager is OK with just papers presented (judgement call)

If checking acct - NO

best way is to visit nalang jud ang mga banks. kay different banks, different policies.

Normally, mag-appearance man jud ka kung mag-open og account.

Boss, naa na siya'y regular nga ginapadad-an diri sa atoa? Regular remittance bah.
If YES, then sa kato nga bangko, istoryaha ang Manager. Kay makita man actually kung asa gikan ang remittance.
Naa'y chance nga mosugot pwede siya maka-open og bank account ana.

Ang other alternative is: sa PNB in her current location...kung naa man gani.
Sa gawas, naa ma'y mga PNB remittance centers. Naa na sila'y separate deposit product nga pwede nimo i-open sa gawas and can only be withdrawn sa atoa in PNB's "main" branches. Try lang pa-inquire.

She just have to visit any remittance center in her host country, then makipagcoordinate lang sha to any Foreign Bank Representative. She can choose to open with BDO, PNB, BPI and Metrobank. Sa BDO, she can select her BOA i.e. SM Consolacion, Cebu or Fuente O. Depende niya. Ang uban man gud banko basta sa abroad ka ga-open automatic imo BOA kay head office jud.
