Pls suggest cheap airline from Cebu to Taiwan... Would 3 day vacation be enough?
We also plan to have an airbnb stay during the visit...where should we stay? Near train station?
How much should be the budget per person?

3 days 2 nights is not enough. I would say do 5 days 4 nights to get a better glimpse of the city(taipei). Airasia or Tigerair have a direct flight to Taipei and they are affordable.
