Honestly, I don't really like to go out, I prefer some food deliveries haah. What do you think about something like the pizza delivery from https://www.foxspizzanashville.com/ for example? I think they offer some amazing food like pizza, salads, sides and dessers. I am sure that you would like it a lot too, good luck!

Nick's at One Paseo in Del Mar - great grilled fish sandwich. It's all I ever get.

Red Tracton's - Old school steakhouse in Del Mar


Claire's on Cedros (Solana Beach) - Great breakfast/Lunch spot, but can get super crowded. Reserve a slot on their Yelp page, but, even then, be prepared to wait. Get the lemon ricotta pancakes.
